4. Appointments & Site Visits

Site visits are arranged in advance via phone, email, or booking form. Free surveys apply to eligible areas and may be limited based on distance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule based on availability or unforeseen conditions.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may include VAT if applicable.

  • A deposit may be required prior to service confirmation.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept bank transfer, cash, and secure online payment options.

Late payments may incur fees or result in service suspension.

6. Warranty & Liability

We offer a 1-year standard warranty on installations and hardware unless otherwise specified.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or external power surges.

  • Netronix is not responsible for third-party app/software failures or network connectivity issues outside of our control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled installation within 48 hours without penalty.
Deposits are refundable only if the service has not yet begun and cancellation terms are met.

Refunds on equipment are possible within 14 days, provided items are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to breach its security. We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action for any unauthorized or malicious use.
